WHO ARE WE?

Well for starts…we are a farm!

A 3 generation REAL 80 acre working farm offering hands on educational farm experiences.

Day in & day out, straight to the core – we are farmers. We have every type of farm animal you can imagine and YES, you get to go right in + get to know them! We believe in the power of feeling another living beings heartbeat, staring into their eyes, & creating connection!

Creating connection = Education.

We do what we do because we love it. The dirt, the animals, being outside, working with our hands, connected to life around us – it is the biggest part of who we are.

We open our doors at specific times throughout the year for both private events & public openings. Our public openings include our fall Pumpkin Patch, Easter Wknd, Mother’s Day Wknd, Father’s Day Wknd & Christmas Trees. We also hold 2 public pop up openings every year for diseases that have directly affected our family; Parkinson’s Awareness Opening + Lyme’s Disease Prevention Opening.

From bunnies + piglets, goats + lambs, fall pumpkins + sunflowers, hayrides & forest walks, our hope is that you will feel transported back to a simpler kind of time – farm time!

KIDS CAMPS

NEW THIS YEAR!!

Free Range Farm Kid Camp!!

This is something you’ve all asked for + we are finally making it happen : )

We believe in the importance of disconnecting from technology + spending time outdoors. In providing a grounding place in this fast paced world where kids can slow down from all the stimulus + content + have the freedom to be that “free ranged” version of themselves.

We want kids to leave these camps feeling more confident, capable, + with a few more skills + experiences in their life toolbox.

Kids will help with daily farm chores, learn how to care for the animals, harvest produce from the gardens, wild forage in the forest, + explore the fresh water creek.

Join for a day. Join for all 10 days. Or anything in between!

Camp Dates : July 7, 8, 9, 10, 11, 14, 15, 16, 17, + 18.

What People Say About Us!

Deanna Schilling

This farm is heaven on earth! On top of the beautiful setting, and huge variety of baby animals to cuddle, the owners and staff here are warm, helpful and laid back. They happily answered my son’s hundreds of questions. We so needed to have some fun during this stressful time, and Aldor Acres did not disappoint. If you are looking for a great way to spend the day with your family, look no further. We can't wait to come back!

We had a great time, staff was all very friendly. They have lots of animals that you can look at and pet. Goats were great fun. The price for pumpkins is very good. Really seems like the owners care more about customers having a good time then making a ton of money!! We were there 2 hrs and didn't even realize it was that long. Well worth the drive if you have kids. We will be back next year! Make sure you take a couple of toonies so you can get food to feed the goats.

Went there with my 5-year-old son this weekend and it was amazing! Great job with social distancing and managing the amount of people there. Lots of stuff to do with the kids. Definitely worth the drive out!

Awesome farm experience! The covid safety plan in place makes it even better as the amount of people checking out the animals at the same time is very small, no crowds, just awesome! So many animals and they are all soo people-friendly, even the emus!!! We will definitely be back. I also heard if you go at opening or closing time you get to watch the goat parade. The kids will be talking about this for a long time! There is also a snack area you can buy popcorn, ice cream, chips, everything kids love hah.
